The Dylan Beaver Scholarship is designated to be given to two Williams Field athletes each year. The Beavers have given a lot to the program and still continue to donate to our school and programs at Williams Field. Crop Production Services and San Tan Ford will donate $25.00 for every touchdown that Varsity Football makes in each of their games this season, 2011. The total amount earned will be donated to the Dylan Beaver Scholarship Fund. Check out the Black Hawks football website for a running total.

Varsity Videos: Terry Wengert presented the boosters with a plan to have a photographer video 5 home varsity games and then have them available for parents to purchase for a price of $10.00 each. The videos are top quality as if you were right down there on the field.

Chain Volunteers: The AD at Williams Field has asked if we can rally up some volunteers to help run the chains at the home Varsity games. Jim Weybrecht, Ron Bialkowski and Jim Custer have volunteered. Thank you guys!!

Signs: The freshman signs were not delivered in time for this game. Parents will be notified as soon as they arrive.

Coach Campbell update: Both Freshman and JV teams have their first games this week, Frosh against Combs High School and JV against Queen Creek. Both games are away. Varsity won their game against Maricopa 42-0. Next for our boys is Combs High School and what we need to do is Focus on” Us” getting better and to do what we need to do, that is our goal every week .Pay attention to detail and do the little things. Fall Break is a regular practice week, all levels have games. Varsity will still have films on Saturday as usual. There will still be practice as usual on Labor Day, it will still be held in the afternoon in case families want to plan something beforehand.
